Smith helps Hospice Quinte break ground on care centre

It was my pleasure to join Hospice Quinte and local dignitaries to break ground on a state-of-the-art six bed residential care centre in Bayside. The facility will provide dignified palliative care services for local residents and their families. The Province has contributed $1.2 million in capital funding and ongoing operational support for the project.
